Denise Richards, 55, appeared at the 2026 Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday, displaying the results of a comprehensive surgical facial rejuvenation. She walked the red carpet with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei, who performed the procedures.

Richards' extensive work includes a $200,000 deep-plane facelift, a brow lift, an upper eyelift, a lip lift, and fat grafting from her thighs to her face and neck. She described the decision to undergo the full procedure as necessary for aesthetic harmony, likening it to remodeling a house where one updated room feels out of place with the rest.

"The only analogy I could give is like you remodel a house and do one room and the room looks great, but it doesn’t match the rest of the house," Richards explained. She praised Dr. Talei's work as "impeccable."

Previously, Richards had only opted for Botox and fillers. She shared on Bunnie Xo's Dumb Blonde podcast that a friend, who had undergone a similar procedure privately, advised her to consider a complete facial overhaul rather than just addressing her neck.

Richards also noted that her daughter, Sami Sheen, underwent a "scarless" nose job in 2024 with celebrity surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar. This procedure, a closed rhinoplasty, involves incisions made inside the nose to avoid external scarring. Dr. Dugar has stated that most celebrities opt for this scarless approach for discretion and to achieve natural-looking results that appear as if they were born with them, contrasting it with more overtly altered "Barbie nose" trends.

Sami Sheen's surgery was documented on Bravo's "Denise Richards & Her Wild Things." Sheen has also had a breast augmentation, fillers, Botox, and porcelain veneers, and is now a prominent creator on OnlyFans. Richards is also a top earner on the platform and currently stars on "The Bold and the Beautiful."
