David's Bridal Launches Pet Wedding Collection
The bridal retailer introduces its "Puppy Love Collection," featuring attire for dogs to wear at weddings.
David's Bridal has expanded its offerings to include canine couture with the launch of its first "Puppy Love Collection." The new line, available since October 13, features a range of pet-friendly wedding attire, including tuxedos, blazers, button-up shirts, tulle gowns, and veils.
CEO Kelly Cook stated that the collection aims to integrate pets more fully into wedding ceremonies, noting that an increasing number of couples are including their dogs in their nuptials. A recent survey by Rover indicated that 81% of dog owners incorporate their pets into their weddings.
"As a proud basset hound mom, I know they are family," Cook said in a statement. She described the collection as "something old, something new, something borrowed and something chewed," reflecting the celebratory nature of weddings and pet ownership.
