David Potts, a reality television personality, has shared his significant weight loss achievement, announcing a five-stone reduction on Instagram. The 33-year-old, known for his appearances on shows like 'Celebrity Big Brother' and 'Ibiza Weekender,' posted a mirror selfie on Sunday showcasing his slimmer physique.

Potts reflected on his journey, noting past challenges and the effort it took to reach this milestone. "OMG!!! 5 STONE DOWN. I actually cannot believe I’m writing this!" he wrote in his post. "The amount of times I’ve tried to lose weight and sacked it off when I’ve gotten to 4 stone is crazy. But this time I pushed through."

He expressed gratitude to his coach, referred to as @floydtransform, and Nuffield Health Bolton for their support. Potts acknowledged that the path to weight loss has involved setbacks, stating, "Even though I steered off track plenty of times, and will probably do many more times. But as w***y as it sounds. This is a journey and it’s going to take time and I deserve little treats too!"

This latest update follows a previous announcement in March, where Potts revealed a four-stone weight loss. At that time, he shared before and after photos, emphasizing that his transformation was achieved through healthy eating and exercise, not medical interventions like fat jabs.

Potts has been focused on a healthier lifestyle since October 2020, with a long-term goal of losing 10 stone. He has detailed the intensity of his fitness regimen, mentioning instances of feeling unwell after workouts. His efforts are part of a broader aim to adopt a healthier way of living and to feel better about himself, while acknowledging that being overweight is not inherently unhealthy for everyone.

His social media post garnered supportive comments from fellow celebrities, including Alison Hammond, Brooke Vincent, Anna Williamson, James Haskell, and Charlotte Dawson.
