David Beckham Expands Netflix Partnership with New Show Following Documentary Success
Following the success of his 2023 documentary, David Beckham is set to star in a new Netflix series, as his business ventures experience significant growth.
David Beckham is expanding his relationship with Netflix, with plans for a new show following the considerable success of his 2023 documentary, "Beckham." His business ventures have seen a substantial boost, described by his brand partner Jamie Salter as having been driven "through the roof."
Salter announced the upcoming project during the Leaders Conference at Stamford Bridge on Thursday. "Following the Beckham documentary on Netflix, he is making more episodes with the channel. David Beckham and Netflix are making another show, which is really cool," he stated.
He added that the previous series significantly benefited both David's and Victoria Beckham's businesses. "The last series has driven his business through the roof. Likewise, Victoria’s business is now going through the roof after her docuseries too," Salter said. "You will definitely see him make more content. Content drives the message to the consumer."
The four-part documentary series "Beckham," released in October 2023, attracted 3.8 million viewers in its opening week and explored key personal and career moments, including his transfer to Real Madrid.
Victoria Beckham's own three-part biographical documentary, produced by the same team, premiered globally on October 9, 2025. It chronicled her journey from her time in the Spice Girls to her career as a fashion designer, also touching upon her family life.
Reports indicate that David Beckham's sports, fashion, and media business, DRJB Holdings, reported nearly £50 million in profit for 2025, a 46% increase from the previous year, with sales rising to £84 million. The documentary is credited with contributing to this financial success.
In related personal news, David Beckham has reportedly been working to mend his relationship with his son Brooklyn. He recently "liked" an Instagram post featuring Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz attending the MESSIKA show during Paris Fashion Week. This gesture comes after Brooklyn Beckham's absence from family events for nearly two years, following a statement where he distanced himself from "Brand Beckham." Brooklyn's presence in Paris during his mother's fashion show had raised hopes for a reconciliation.
