A man identified as Arnesia Crawford, 28, was arrested on Sept. 3, 2026, after performing a dangerous stunt on a flatbed truck as it crossed the George Washington Bridge. Video captured the shirtless individual dancing and jumping on the moving vehicle as it traveled across the upper level of the bridge.

Witnesses in other vehicles honked their horns in an attempt to alert the truck driver to the man's presence on the trailer. The stunt occurred around 11 a.m. above the Hudson River. Crawford, a resident of Fort Lee, New Jersey, reportedly moved near the truck's cab and stood on the raised platform before returning to the main part of the trailer and continuing his performance.

Upon crossing the bridge, Port Authority Police took Crawford into custody. He faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Following his arrest, Crawford was transported to a hospital for evaluation.

The circumstances of how Crawford boarded the truck and whether the driver was aware of his actions were not immediately clear. Officials have not released further details regarding whether Crawford was under the influence of substances or experiencing mental health issues at the time of the incident.
