Danny Cipriani and AnnaLynne McCord were seen sharing a passionate kiss at a family pre-wedding dinner held at Katana in West Hollywood on Wednesday evening. The couple is scheduled to marry this weekend.
Their public display of affection comes shortly after they established a crowdfunding page, which has been described by some as 'tacky and distasteful,' to finance their upcoming nuptials. The page aims to raise approximately £10,000 for the ceremony and reception.
Wedding Fund Details
Reports indicate that Cipriani, 38, a former international rugby player, and McCord, 39, an actress known for her roles in "Nip/Tuck" and "90210," are requesting contributions from family and friends for expenses ranging from the marriage license to the reception meal. Their crowdfunding platform, Honeyfund, allows for donations from £75 ($100) to £450 ($600) towards specific elements of the wedding such as flowers, the cake, and reception drinks. A separate cash donation option is also available starting from £7.50 ($10).
Insiders have reportedly criticized the move, particularly given the couple's perceived lavish lifestyles, calling it "extremely tacky and distasteful" to ask guests to pay for their wedding. Cipriani is estimated to have earned around £4 million during his rugby career, while McCord is believed to have amassed a similar fortune from her acting roles.
Couple's History and Attire
McCord appeared in a bridal-ready white strapless minidress with a large bow detail, paired with white sandals and her blonde hair styled in a high bun. Cipriani opted for a more casual ensemble of a black button-down shirt and dark striped trousers.
The couple first met on the dating app Raya about a decade ago. They had an on-and-off relationship, splitting in 2020 before reconnecting. Although they reportedly separated again in January 2025, they were seen together last summer and Cipriani publicly confirmed their reunion in July of the previous year with a social media post wishing McCord a happy birthday. McCord's engagement ring is described as a 15-carat, emerald-cut diamond with accent diamonds.
