Danny Cipriani and AnnaLynne McCord were married on Saturday in a low-key backyard ceremony in Los Angeles. This marks the first of three planned ceremonies for the couple. McCord, 39, an American actress, and Cipriani, 38, a former English rugby player, exchanged vows in front of U.S. friends and family.

The nuptials were preceded by controversy when the couple set up a crowdfunding page to solicit donations from friends and family to cover the approximately £10,000 wedding expenses. The request was met with public criticism, with some calling it 'tacky and distasteful.' McCord later explained that she had intended to share the wedding wishlist privately with guests, not realizing the link was public.

McCord, known for her roles in "90210" and "Nip/Tuck," wore a floral and tulle gown with a cathedral-length veil. Cipriani opted for a dark suit without a tie. The wedding party included 12 bridesmaids in mismatched blush pink dresses. The ceremony took place under a rose-adorned arch in the backyard, with loved ones seated in chairs.

Following the ceremony, McCord, who has since introduced herself on social media as 'Mrs. AnnaLynne Ciprani,' shared her reflections on the event. She described the wedding as a 'grace' and an 'incredibly timeless' experience.

This is the first marriage for McCord, though she and Cipriani have a history of dating on and off since meeting on the dating app Raya about a decade ago. They reportedly reconnected in 2024 after previous splits in 2020 and again in January 2025, but appeared to be back together last summer.

Cipriani was previously married to Victoria Rose, with whom he has a child. Rose filed for divorce in August 2024.

The couple has two more ceremonies planned: one in London to accommodate more of Cipriani's family, and a traditional celebration in Cambodia. This Los Angeles ceremony was described as being on short notice.

Both McCord and Cipriani have established careers. Cipriani earned 16 caps for England and played for several rugby clubs. McCord has had a notable acting career, with her most recent role in "Days of Our Lives." The couple had previously set financial goals on their wedding website, ranging from $100 to $600, for items such as flowers, the wedding cake, and reception drinks.
