Danniella Westbrook attended a film premiere on Tuesday evening, making a public appearance as she continues her extensive facial reconstruction. The 52-year-old actress was present at the Rise Of The Footsoldier: Retribution screening held at Cineworld Leicester Square in London.

Westbrook recently shared that she feels she has "nothing left" and is "exhausted" by the ongoing process. She has undergone six operations to date and has at least four more scheduled. Her upcoming surgery will involve grafting a piece of her rib into her face to aid in reshaping the area, particularly her nose.

"I'm at that stage now where I come around from surgery with the last two and I've been like no more," Westbrook stated in a recent interview. "I'm really feeling the recovery if I'm honest. I just feel absolutely exhausted. I feel like I've got nothing left."

The actress's reconstructive journey began as a result of a collapsed septum, which stemmed from years of drug abuse. Her surgeries have included full face, neck, and brow lifts, as well as lip and nose reconstruction. She has also discussed the need for a metal cheekbone implant due to bone loss on one side of her face.

Despite the physical and emotional toll, Westbrook emphasized the necessity of continuing the procedures for respiratory function. "But I'm still carrying on because I have to because it's respiratory I have to be able to breathe properly," she said.

Westbrook, who rose to fame on the soap opera EastEnders at age 16, had her contract terminated in 1996 due to her cocaine use. She has expressed trust in her surgeon, Dr. Parviz Sadigh, who has performed previous operations on her. The actress documented her facial reconstruction at Gargash Hospital in the UAE earlier this year, noting that the facelift had significantly boosted her confidence.
