Danica Patrick Shares Vacation Photos Amid Aaron Rodgers' Comments
The former NASCAR driver posted images from her European travels shortly after her ex-boyfriend made remarks about their past relationship.
Danica Patrick recently shared photos from a European vacation, showcasing her time in Amalfi and the south of France, as well as a previous trip to New Zealand. The posts came after her ex-boyfriend, NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers, made comments about their relationship.
Patrick posted a series of pictures on Monday night, captioning them, "No burning man this year…. But the goggles still found me. (Be back next year, fomo fo show!) Along with the best company we went back to Amalfi, and it was beautiful! Learned about prephilloxera wine made in Ravello. And fell in love with St Tropez! Don’t be fooled, I def don’t eat salad."
In one of the images, Patrick is seen in a white bikini, displaying her abdominal muscles while sunbathing on a boat. The collection also featured photos of her enjoying nightlife, making pizza, and posing near a sign that read "Wine and drugs."
Rodgers had recently spoken about his past relationship with Patrick on the "Not Just Football" podcast. He stated that Patrick was "depressed" during their time together and that their relationship suffered from "intimacy" issues. He also addressed Patrick's previous comments about their relationship being "emotionally abusive."
Rodgers said, "I dated Danica. She had just retired [in November 2017]. She was depressed and not fun to be around. But I didn't leave her because I was trying to be there and be a good partner. Then it was going a certain direction obviously. There was no intimacy; there was nothing."
Patrick and Rodgers began dating in January 2018 and broke up in July 2020. They had purchased a home together in Malibu in late 2019.
