Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott addressed his broken engagement to ex-fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos during a media session at the team's training camp. When asked by NBC's Newy Scruggs about his personal life following the split, Prescott stated he is "great" and "blessed."

Prescott, 33, attributed his resilience to his Christian faith, describing it as a "super power." He emphasized that personal challenges do not alter his daily outlook or gratitude. "I won’t even say it gets shaken just because things happen or things don’t necessarily go my way or the way that I thought they would," he said. "It doesn’t necessarily affect the way that I wake up each morning."

He expressed thankfulness for his opportunities, including playing quarterback for the Cowboys and inspiring others, as well as for his two daughters, Aurora and Margaret. "I’ve got too many blessings to look at my trials," Prescott stated. "Adversity is going to come, it’s inevitable. And if you know how to respond to it, you can respond to it consistently, you can get over it."

Ramos reportedly called off the couple's April wedding in Lake Como, Italy, over alleged infidelity issues on Prescott's part. The pair, first linked in 2023, became engaged in October 2024. Ramos, a certified wine and spirits specialist, ended the engagement after their joint bachelor-bachelorette trip to the Bahamas. According to reports, Ramos confronted Prescott about allegedly using incognito social media profiles to contact multiple women. Page Six reported at the time that Prescott and Ramos were seeking an out-of-court custody agreement for their daughters.

Videos circulating on social media showed Prescott's daughter MJ visiting him at training camp. The ex-couple also reunited in May for Aurora's first birthday celebration in Dallas. Prescott and Ramos also have a second daughter, Margaret.
