Daisy Toye, a cast member on "The Real Housewives of New York" and longtime makeup artist for Martha Stewart, has opened up about her beauty routine and the influence of Stewart on her personal style. Toye mentioned that she now wears more makeup herself since joining the show, noting, "It's definitely more fun being a 'Housewife' with makeup."
Toye's makeup bag includes several products she uses on Stewart, with Maybelline Volum’ Express The Falsies Mascara being a frequently restocked item. She prefers drugstore mascaras, citing the need for frequent replacement and the cost difference, stating, "$7 is better than $38."
In addition to mascara, Toye favors L’Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Glotion and Sarah Creal’s pHLip Liner. She also praised Gucci Westman’s Suprême Bio-Complex Liquid Foundation, calling it her "new go-to."
Toye also revealed that her fellow "RHONY" cast members frequently ask her to do their makeup. Despite her new role on the show, she continues to prioritize her work with Stewart. She has learned a significant amount from Stewart over the years, including tips for skincare. Toye noted Stewart's diligence with her routine, stating, "She gets facials all the time. She’s really diligent about washing her face [and using] her serums. She’s my influencer."
Toye also assisted in testing Stewart's Elm Biosciences brand's A30 Elemental Serum prior to its launch. She shared that Stewart takes excellent care of her skin, reinforcing her own beauty philosophy.
