Cooper shared that this weight loss was achieved through a combination of the ketogenic diet, abstaining from alcohol, and confronting what she described as a 'miserable food addiction.'
Cooper, who previously wore a dress size 24, has slimmed down to a size 10. She detailed that at her heaviest, she experienced significant health issues, including breathlessness when climbing stairs and chest pains. Her decision to pursue weight loss was driven by a desire for better health and well-being, stating, "I wasn't healthy. I couldn't breathe when I was walking up the stairs. I was so unhappy."
Initially, Cooper followed the ultra-low-carb Keto diet, which she later advised against, noting that her diet of meat and cheese led to kidney stones. She described the pressure on women to lose weight as 'insane.' Following her diet changes, Cooper also gave up drinking four years ago, explaining that she had been using alcohol to self-medicate and experienced severe anxiety and poor decision-making as a result.
Cooper's personal life changes also coincided with her physical transformation. Her divorce from Will Weston in July 2021, with whom she shares two children, preceded her engagement to Anthony Huggins and the birth of their son in June 2024. She has since remarked that "there wasn't real love there" in her previous marriage.
