Daily Mail has introduced a beta version of its new recipe tool, DailyMail Kitchen, designed to streamline the process of deciding and preparing dinner. The tool aims to eliminate the time-consuming practice of endlessly scrolling through recipes by providing two curated dinner suggestions each day, with one highlighted as the best fit.

Users can access the tool by tapping a 'Choose for me' button. Further customization options allow users to filter suggestions by criteria such as quick meals, family favorites, comfort food, or vegetarian options. The tool also allows users to select cooks whose culinary style they prefer.

Each recipe displayed includes estimated cooking times and serving sizes, with quantities automatically adjusting if the number of servings is changed. A 'Start cooking' feature provides a step-by-step guide in large, easy-to-read text. The tool also includes a feature to check existing ingredients and add missing items to a shopping list.

DailyMail Kitchen is currently in its early stages, with future updates planned. Upcoming features include a tool that will suggest meals based on ingredients users already have, and the ability to save favorite recipes and follow preferred cooks. Users can sign up to be notified when these new features become available.

As the tool is in beta, Daily Mail is soliciting user feedback to help shape its development. After using a recipe, users will be prompted with a brief question to gather input on how to improve the tool's usefulness. Users do not need to sign up to begin using the basic features of the tool.
