Culpo Sisters Navigate New Parenthood and Shifting Conversations

The Culpo family is experiencing a significant baby boom, with sisters Olivia and Aurora Culpo embracing motherhood and a new phase of life that contrasts sharply with their pre-parenthood days.

Aurora Culpo, 36, recently expanded her family with her fiancé, Zac, while Olivia Culpo, 34, welcomed her second child with San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, 30, last month.

As they settle into life with young children, the sisters' conversations have evolved. "Our texts definitely are different than they were in the past," Aurora told The Daily Mail. "Now we're just kind of like, 'Do you like this baby bottle nipple? Do you like this breast pump?'"

Aurora, who welcomed daughter Selene in May, is now a mother of three. She also has son Remi and daughter Soleil with her ex-husband Michael Bortone. She shared that adjusting to a third child has been easier than the transition from zero to one.

"My older kids are being super helpful with the new baby, so it's been an adjustment," Aurora said. "I think it's easier to go from two to three than zero to one. I'll say that. That was probably the biggest shock. Going from no kids to one kid. I feel like now I could just keep adding them on, and it probably wouldn't make that much of a difference."

Aurora has also focused on her post-partum fitness, shifting her strategy from cardio and food restriction to protein consumption and weight lifting. "I feel like it's everywhere now, but just lifting heavy, and I think back in the day used to be kind of just not eating and a lot of cardio. Now people are starting to realize that you do have to lift heavy weights, eat a lot of protein," she explained.

Her exercise routine includes weight lifting, Bunda, Mega Reformer Pilates, and hot yoga.

Aurora and Zac are planning to marry at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse later this year, followed by a larger celebration in early 2025. The couple became engaged last year after meeting on the dating app Hinge.

The sisters, who previously starred in the TLC reality series "The Culpo Sisters" in 2022, are exploring future collaborations. "I don't know, that's always up in the air. We don't have one that we're making, but Olivia and Sophia and I are always kind of working together and collaborating on different things. So I don't know if it's going to be a TV show, but there's definitely going to be something with the three of us coming up," Aurora indicated.

Olivia and McCaffrey welcomed their second child, a son named Roman Augustus, on September 29. They announced his arrival on October 10. The couple married in June 2024 and welcomed their first child, daughter Colette, in July 2025. Olivia previously shared that she was four months pregnant with Roman less than six months after giving birth to Colette, expressing gratitude for another child despite the unplanned timing.
