Cruz Beckham dedicated a song to his younger sister, Harper, at the Reading Festival on Saturday before she took to the stage with him and his band, The Breakers. The 15-year-old joined Cruz and his girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, on stage to throw T-shirts into the audience during the performance.
Parents David and Victoria Beckham watched from the side of the stage with their son Romeo. The couple had traveled from the Amalfi Coast to attend the festival. Despite rainy weather, David Beckham, 51, and Victoria Beckham, 52, were present to support their son.
Before performing the song "Nobody," Cruz, 21, announced, "This next song, I'd like to dedicate to my little sister who's just dancing right there." This marked a family affair, with Romeo, 23, also in attendance.
Cruz Beckham's band, The Breakers, recently released their EP "Wear & Tear." He described the EP as capturing "a life lived," encompassing the good, the bad, and the learning experiences. The EP features tracks such as "Better Times," "WANNABE," "Seeing Red," "Loneliest Boy," and the title track.
This performance follows a summer of touring across Europe on a yacht. The band is scheduled to play six shows, including a performance in Leeds on Sunday, in conjunction with the EP's release.
Beckham is one of several children of famous musicians and actors to perform at the festival recently. Gene, son of Liam Gallagher, performed with his band Villanelle, and Moses, son of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, also played with his band People I've Met. Violet, daughter of Dave Grohl, was also slated to perform.
Cruz previously performed for his family last year, an event that his parents described as bringing them to "tears of joy." Victoria Beckham shared a video of the performance on Instagram, expressing immense pride, and David Beckham also shared his emotional reaction.
