Country music stars Ella Langley and Tucker Wetmore have confirmed their reported romance after being seen leaving the Nashville Songwriter Awards together on Tuesday.
An insider told The Sun that Wetmore was waiting backstage for Langley to finish her presentation, and they "snuck out of the venue together." The covert exit was captured on camera.
Multiple sources later confirmed to People magazine that the two artists are dating, nearly a year after romance rumors first surfaced. Langley and Wetmore were photographed together in the British Virgin Islands in December 2025, sparking early speculation about their connection beyond the music industry. The speculation continued in 2026 when they appeared together at a March charity event, with Langley joining Wetmore for a performance of his song "Sunburn."
Langley, a singer-songwriter from Alabama, has risen to prominence in country music. Her song "If You Have To" gained traction on TikTok, and she made her Grand Ole Opry debut in 2023. Her 2024 debut album, "Hungover," and her collaboration with Riley Green on "You Look Like You Love Me" further boosted her career, with the duet topping Billboard’s Country Airplay chart and earning a CMA Award for Musical Event of the Year. She released her second album, "Dandelion," in 2026. Wetmore's early life was dominated by sports. He played college football at Montana Technological University while studying business and information technology. An injury ended his hopes of a professional football career, leading him to pursue music. His early releases, "Wine Into Whiskey" and "Wind Up Missin’ You," both reached the Billboard Hot 100 and were certified platinum. His debut album, "What Not To," was released in April 2025, and that same year, he received nominations for ACM's new male artist of the year and iHeartRadio Music's best new country artist.
While both artists have achieved success in the public eye, they had kept their relationships private. Langley was previously linked to "Farmer Wants a Wife" star John Sansone in late 2025, and before that, rumors circulated about a relationship with her duet partner Riley Green, which both denied, stating they were just friends.
