Cordarrelle Patterson Arrested on Domestic Assault Charge; Mugshot Released
Photos emerged of the former NFL star in handcuffs following a domestic dispute, according to reports.
Former NFL star Cordarrelle Patterson was arrested on a domestic assault charge early Saturday morning, with photos of his arrest later emerging. The images show Patterson, a four-time Pro Bowl selection, in handcuffs and his mugshot taken at the Sevier County jail.
Patterson was reportedly involved in a domestic dispute with his wife at their Tennessee home. According to an arrest warrant, his wife called 911 and stated that Patterson allegedly grabbed her by the hair and arm, causing bruising. She also expressed fear for the safety of herself and their children. A responding officer observed bruising on her left bicep, which was consistent with her account.
Patterson was released on a $1,000 bond on the same day as his arrest. He and his wife, Taylor Quick, who married in July 2024, have not publicly addressed the incident. The couple shares three children.
Over his career, Patterson played for multiple NFL teams, including the Vikings, Bears, Steelers, Falcons, Raiders, and Patriots. He was released by the Pittsburgh Steelers in July 2025. In the 2024 season, he played in 13 games before an ankle injury sidelined him.
