Cordarrelle Patterson Arrested on Domestic Assault Charge Following Wife's Accusations
Super Bowl champion Cordarrelle Patterson faces a domestic assault charge after his wife alleged he grabbed her by the hair and arm, leaving bruises.
Former Super Bowl champion Cordarrelle Patterson was arrested on a domestic assault charge Saturday following accusations by his wife that he physically assaulted her.
According to an arrest warrant obtained by TMZ, Patterson’s wife told police that he allegedly grabbed her by her hair and arm during a domestic dispute at their Tennessee home. She also stated that she feared for her safety and the safety of their children. A responding officer reported observing bruising on her left bicep, which was consistent with her account.
Patterson, 35, was taken into custody and subsequently released on a $1,000 bond. His mugshot, taken by the Sevier County jail, showed him smiling.
Patterson and his wife, Taylor Quick, whom he married in July 2024, share three children. Quick and Patterson met in 2014.
Patterson, a four-time Pro Bowl selection known for his versatility as a running back and kick return specialist, has had a notable NFL career. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He won a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots in 2019 and has also played for the Raiders, Bears, and Falcons.
He signed a two-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers in April 2025 but was released by the team last July. His 2024 season with the Steelers was limited to 13 games due to an ankle injury.
