Comedians Eric André and Clayton English have settled a lawsuit challenging a drug interdiction program at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The lawsuit, filed in February, alleged that the program, run by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), subjected passengers to racial profiling and coercive searches.

André and English, both Black comedians, stated they were targeted for searches shortly before boarding flights. They argued that the program disproportionately affected Black passengers, infringing upon their constitutional rights. The settlement comes after months of legal proceedings and public attention.

Details of the settlement were not immediately released, but the comedians' legal team indicated that the agreement aims to reform the search practices at the airport. The lawsuit sought to end what they described as discriminatory tactics used by law enforcement and TSA agents.
