Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen was arrested early Sunday morning and faces two misdemeanor charges, including driving while intoxicated (DWI) and DWI endangering a person. The arrest occurred around 1 a.m. in downtown Indianapolis.

Allen, 34, was being held at the Marion County Arrestee Processing Center as of Sunday morning, according to jail records. The Colts organization acknowledged the incident in a statement, stating, “We are aware of the incident involving Keenan Allen last night. We are in the process of gathering more information and have no further comment at this time.”

The veteran receiver signed a one-year deal with the Colts earlier this month. He spent his first 11 seasons with the Chargers before being traded to the Bears in 2024. Allen is entering his 14th year in the NFL, and the Colts are scheduled to open their season against Baltimore on September 13.
