Coleen Rooney was observed heading to a gym in Cheshire on Thursday, undeterred by an 'extreme heat' warning issued across Britain.

Britain was facing one of its hottest days on record, with temperatures potentially reaching 38C (100F). The Met Office had extended its amber 'extreme heat' warning, which had initially covered parts of central and southern England but was later expanded westward. Concurrently, the UK Health Security Agency issued an amber heat health alert for the entirety of England, warning of a potential increase in deaths. A high of 38C would rank among Britain's hottest days recorded.

Rooney, 40, appeared in good spirits during her outing. She wore a black tank top and matching leggings, opting for pink flip-flops instead of trainers. To stay cool and hydrated, she carried a large water bottle and a coffee. Her hair was pulled back in a ponytail, and she wore large sunglasses to shield her eyes from the sun. Her accessories included large diamond earrings, a delicate name necklace, and a smartwatch. She was later seen returning to her car with her keys, phone, and water bottle.

This focus on her fitness routine comes as Rooney recently launched her second collection with Primark, following a multi-million pound deal earlier in the year. Her son Cass, eight, made his modeling debut alongside her in the new Primark campaign, a moment Rooney described as special. She and her husband, Wayne Rooney, are parents to four sons: Kai, Klay, Kit, and Cass.

The "By Coleen" collection debuted in Primark stores, with prices ranging from £2.50 to £30 for womenswear. The children's line was set to launch in August. Customers in Great Britain also had the option to shop the full collection via Click & Collect.
