Coleen Nolan, 61, has showcased a remarkable 3.5 stone weight loss, transitioning from a size 20 to a size 14 after collaborating with the weight-loss company Voy, which also promotes fat-jab injections. Nolan shared her progress on Instagram, appearing in a blue silk dress that highlighted her slimmer physique, complemented by glittery gold heels for her "This Is Me UK" tour.

Nolan stated that she feels significantly better health-wise, noting improvements in her back issues and an increase in energy. "Confidence-wise, of course it helps," she remarked. She has expressed contentment with her current weight, focusing on maintenance and fostering a healthy relationship with food and herself, highlighting the 24/7 support offered by Voy.

Despite her visible success, Nolan has faced online criticism, including trolling that targeted her weight. She revealed that some comments attacked her for being overweight, mirroring her own past insecurities, while others now criticize her for losing too much weight. This comes after Nolan previously stated in 2024 that she did not believe in weight-loss drugs like Ozempic.

Nolan reportedly told The Sun that a pre-diabetic diagnosis from a recent blood test served as a significant motivator for her to address her long-term health. She found the holistic approach of Voy, which combines medical guidance with coaching, nutrition support, and mindset work, to be beneficial, emphasizing it as a method for building sustainable change rather than a quick fix.

She described the support and structure provided by the program as instrumental in helping her create a positive mindset and take control of her health. Nolan indicated that her new diet involves cutting out unhealthy snacks like chocolate and crisps and is actively learning to read food labels for sugar content. According to the NHS, type 2 diabetes can lead to serious complications, including kidney problems and coronary heart disease.
