Claudia Winkleman's 'Faithful' Blazer Steals the Show at Celebrity Traitors Launch

Claudia Winkleman, host of the popular reality competition series The Traitors, made a memorable fashion statement at the launch event for Celebrity Traitors series two. Winkleman, 54, attended the screening at London's Charlotte Street Hotel wearing a black blazer emblazoned with the word "Faithful" across the back. She paired the blazer with matching leggings, a white t-shirt, and fringed flat black shoes.

Despite the 25C (77F) heat, Winkleman completed her ensemble with striped fingerless gloves, a stylistic choice that drew attention. The presenter, styled by Sinead McKeefry, has become known for her distinctive fashion on the show.

Ed Gamble, who will host the companion show The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked, was also present at the event. Winkleman shared her initial reaction to the lineup for the new season, noting that she needed her boss to repeat the names multiple times before she believed them.

"Everyone taking part is fantastic. We are honoured they wanted to play the game," Winkleman stated. She added that the celebrity contestants, many of whom are comedians, were exceptionally funny, with one instance involving Rob Beckett causing her to "hide in a bush until I composed myself."

The new series of Celebrity Traitors is set to premiere on October 1 at 8 p.m. with an extended opening episode. The show will feature a diverse cast, including Amol Rajan, Bella Ramsey, James Acaster, James Blunt, Jerry Hall, Joanne McNally, Joe Lycett, Julie Hesmondhalgh, King Kenny, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Maya Jama, Michael Sheen, Miranda Hart, Myha'la, Professor Hannah Fry, Richard E. Grant, Rob Beckett, Romesh Ranganathan, Ross Kemp, Sebastian Croft, and Sharon Rooney.

These contestants will compete in a game of strategy, trust, and betrayal, with the goal of winning up to £100,000 for a charity of their choice. An early trailer for the season showcased the cast gathering at the iconic castle location, with Winkleman announcing, "The game is ON!" The preview also hinted at escalating challenges, including a dramatic ship fire.

In addition to the main series, viewers can anticipate a special bonus episode titled "Traitor or Faithful? Claudia Decides." According to the BBC, this episode will feature Winkleman engaging with the players on a more personal level, exploring their intentions and revealing new information.
