Cipriani Residences Miami is completing its 950-foot Brickell skyscraper, the tallest residential building south of Manhattan, with the unveiling of The 1931 Collection, a pair of penthouses priced at a combined $53 million. The larger unit, The San Marco, is listed at $33 million, while its companion, The Torcello, is priced at $19.8 million.
Named to honor the year Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry's Bar in Venice, these penthouses are designed as full-time residences rather than hotel suites, embodying nearly a century of the Cipriani hospitality legacy. The San Marco spans three levels and 9,677 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space. It features a 24-foot Great Room, a chef's kitchen with marble finishes, a wet bar, and a dedicated wine display. The private rooftop includes an infinity pool, summer kitchen, cold plunge, hot tub, massage pavilion, and a putting green with views of Biscayne Bay.
The Torcello, at 6,703 square feet, offers a more intimate setting but includes its own infinity pool, gym, wellness room, cold plunge, and hot tub. It also features a private screening room and a unique "Midnight Bar" for entertaining. Both residences come with in-home dining prepared by the Cipriani culinary team and reservation access to Cipriani properties worldwide, including Harry's Bar in Venice and outposts in Monte Carlo, Dubai, and Hong Kong.
The Cipriani Residences Miami tower has reached its full height and is already 85% sold to buyers from over 30 countries, with occupancy planned for Summer 2027. Among the notable buyers is soccer star Lionel Messi, who has purchased multiple units in the building.
"With The 1931 Collection, that spirit finds a new expression in Miami, where these residences can become the setting for celebrations, rituals and memories that belong entirely to the families who call them home," Giuseppe Cipriani stated. The development is located in Miami's Brickell neighborhood.
