Singer Ciara is pregnant with her fifth child, her fourth with husband Russell Wilson. The couple announced the news on Instagram on Sunday, sharing a video of Ciara hanging t-shirts on a clothesline, with the final shirt being a onesie.

In the video, Ciara, visibly pregnant, shows off her baby bump. She and Wilson playfully held up five fingers, with Ciara quipping, "I guess." The couple captioned the post, "One more person to Love 🖐🏽🥺🖤."

Ciara welcomed her first child, son Future, in May 2014 with her then-fiancé, rapper Future. She and Wilson, a former NFL athlete, began their relationship the following year and married in July 2016. Their children together include daughter Sienna, born in April 2017, son Win, born in July 2020, and daughter Amora, born in December 2023.

Wilson had previously expressed interest in expanding their family further. Shortly after Amora's birth, he asked Ciara about having a fifth child, which she humorously described as "disrespectful" at the time, noting they had just welcomed a baby. However, Ciara has also expressed a desire to have more children in the future, stating, "I love being a mom. It's my favorite job of all. And I couldn't stand here and tell you, like, that I don't see that happening one day in our lives to have cinco."

Last year, Wilson publicly asked about the arrival of "cinco" while celebrating Ciara's album. Ciara responded at the time that she needed "a little time," noting a trend of their children being born approximately three years apart. She also mentioned that if it were up to Wilson, "‘cinco’ is coming next month."
