Christine Lampard and her husband Frank are enjoying a family holiday in the South of France, taking time to relax at the well-known Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes.

The couple, who married in 2015, were observed heading out for lunch at the upscale hotel, where rooms can cost around £2,000 per night. They have been visiting the establishment for many years.

Before lunch, Frank Lampard participated in a cliff jump from the hotel's diving board. He was seen in blue swimming shorts and a white T-shirt, taking a dive into the water.

Christine Lampard has previously shared details about her fitness routine, emphasizing the importance of Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT). NEAT refers to the energy expended for all activities that are not formal exercise, such as cooking, walking, gardening, and playing with children. She stated that she stays active by being on her feet throughout the day rather than relying on gym workouts.

She described her daily routine, which includes waking up early to prepare meals for her children, walking them to school, and taking the dogs out. She also stays active with household chores. Lampard noted that while her husband Frank is diligent with gym routines, she finds general activity more beneficial for her. She also mentioned her preference for walking, calling it the "perfect exercise" for her.

Regarding her diet, Lampard follows a pattern of eating substantial meals earlier in the day, often starting with tomatoes on toast, grilled bacon, and poached eggs. Lunch typically consists of a jacket potato with cheese, and dinners vary, including homemade pies or Sunday roasts. She also snacks on hummus and carrot sticks. When trying to be healthy, she might opt for a sweet potato instead of a regular one and avoids consuming carbohydrates late at night, as she finds it causes bloating.
