Actress Christina Ricci recently engaged in a public dispute on the social media platform Threads, responding sharply to a user who declared their continued support for former President Donald Trump and his MAGA agenda.

The exchange began when a Threads user, identifying as a 71-year-old Republican, stated her intention to vote for all Republican candidates, citing concerns about "communism" and a desire to remain "MAGA."

Ricci replied to the post, questioning the user's stance by asking, "So you’re a sadist then? You enjoy other people suffering?"

She continued, "Because that’s what you voted for—more cruelty and suffering for your fellow human beings. And animals actually."

A screenshot of the interaction was later shared on Reddit, where it generated a range of reactions. Some users praised Ricci's directness, with one commenter calling her "forever the GOAT." Others questioned the effectiveness of such a response in potentially changing minds.

Ricci, known for her roles in "Yellowjackets" and "Addams Family Values," has a history of engaging candidly on social media. In March, she publicly criticized conservative influencer Emily Wilson for the claim that "fat chicks vote democrat." Ricci countered, stating, "What you contribute to this world is what matters, loser."

Last year, Ricci also drew attention for her strong remarks regarding former Fox News host Megyn Kelly, whom Ricci labeled a "danger to children" after Kelly's comments on the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein were perceived by some as downplaying their severity.
