Chrishell Stause and G Flip Split After Four Years
The 'Selling Sunset' star announced the breakup in an emotional Instagram video, stating they have agreed to handle the separation with love and respect.
Chrishell Stause and musician G Flip have ended their four-year relationship, Stause announced Monday in an emotional Instagram video. "We are no longer together and have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other," Stause said in the video.
Stause, known for her role in the Netflix reality series "Selling Sunset," shared that she does not have all the details or reasons for the split. "I’m sure just like always with time you get the lessons you’re meant to get. And I know that will happen and I’m gonna heal and everything’s gonna be fine," she stated.
She added that she felt like a "little bit of a failure" and acknowledged the need to heal and process the situation. "It’s hard. It’s painful," Stause said. "I’m a lover girl. I swing big. I miss. Or maybe you don’t miss. These are the lives and seasons you’re meant to have with people, and I had an amazing over four years with G. So maybe that’s not a miss."
Stause, who was previously married to actor Justin Hartley, expressed that she did not want to release a formal written statement, preferring to address her supporters directly. "But I just felt like you guys deserved a little more than a cold written statement because you have been so supportive and so loving," she said. "And we really appreciate that. Maybe you could still do that, but it would have to be separately."
Concluding the video, Stause reiterated the difficulty of sharing the news, stating, "This sucks, but everyone deserves to be happy, and I wish that for both of us." She affirmed that she will "always love G."
