Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have reduced the asking price of their Los Angeles mansion by $12 million, marking their fifth attempt to sell the property. The couple has relisted the Pacific Palisades villa for $20 million, a significant drop from the $32 million it was initially listed for in September 2023.
The 11,000-square-foot estate, which Pratt purchased in 2018 for $15.6 million, features six bedroom suites, a full-size movie theater, a sauna, and a basketball court. Pratt and Schwarzenegger, who married in 2019, have resided in the home since 2021. They spent two years renovating the property, which was originally built in 1995.
The mansion is situated in the hills and offers sweeping views of Santa Monica. The grounds include an acre of manicured land and a large saltwater pool with a jacuzzi. Inside, the home boasts a spacious kitchen with marble countertops and a breakfast bar. Amenities also include a golf simulator.
The previous listing highlighted a "complete wellness experience" including a teakwood spa with hot and cold plunge pools and a steam room. The 47-year-old actor and 36-year-old author share daughters Lyla and Eloise, and a son named Ford. Pratt also has a son, Jack, with his ex-wife, Anna Faris.
