Chris Pratt Emphasizes Faith in Raising Children

Actor Chris Pratt stated that his Christian faith is the most significant aspect he intends to pass on to his four children. Pratt, who stars in the Prime Video series "The Terminal List," shared his perspective on fatherhood in a recent interview.

"My faith is how I start my day, it's how I end my day," Pratt told Fox News Digital. "It's the most important thing that I'll be able to pass on to my kids." He acknowledged the challenges of parenting in Hollywood, expressing a desire to emulate his father's positive actions while rectifying any perceived mistakes.

Pratt is married to author Katherine Schwarzenegger, daughter of actor Arnold Schwarzenegger and journalist Maria Shriver. They have three children together: Lyla Maria, born in August 2020; Eloise Christina, born in May 2022; and Ford Fitzgerald, born in November 2024. Pratt also has a son, Jack, with his former wife, actress Anna Faris, born in August 2012. The actor now has four children.

Pratt's remarks came ahead of the season 2 release of "The Terminal List," which premiered on Prime Video on Oct. 21, 2026. In the series, Pratt portrays James Reece, a Navy SEAL who uncovers a conspiracy after his platoon is ambushed. Constance Wu, who co-stars as war correspondent Katie Buranek, also spoke with Fox News Digital.

Wu noted that her character develops a more personal connection to Reece in the second season, stating, "I think for Katie, I think she cares more personally for Reese, whereas before she cared a lot about the truth and the story, but she also cares for him as a person a little more, which I think changes a lot of things."

Pratt highlighted the production's significant involvement of military veterans, stating, "We have 17 veterans on this in front of the camera, behind the camera. Writers, directors, tech advisors, safety coordinators, stuntmen, actors."

Constance Wu attends Apple TV+'s The Studio screening at Museum of Modern Art.
