Chloe Shearer Marries Rugby Star Micky Young in Yorkshire

Chloe Shearer, daughter of former England footballer Alan Shearer, married rugby player Micky Young in a ceremony held in North Yorkshire. The celebration took place at the Forcett Hall Estate.

Shearer, a talent manager, wore a strapless lace gown for the occasion. Young, her groom, was seen in a white suit jacket. Chloe's sister, Hollie, who also recently married an England rugby star, shared a photograph of the newlyweds on Instagram.

Prior to the wedding, Chloe celebrated her hen do in Ibiza with friends and family, sharing photos from the event on social media. She had become engaged to Young in November of the previous year. Alan Shearer publicly approved of the engagement, humorously remarking, "About time too."

Chloe Shearer has a career in talent management, which has included work for the charity event Soccer Aid. Her sister, Hollie, married England rugby player Joe in August. Joe plays centre for England and was a key player for the team in the 2023 World Cup. He previously played for Harlequins before joining Top 14 side Stade Français in Paris. Alan Shearer, a celebrated former footballer and current BBC pundit, has previously expressed his satisfaction that his daughter's partner was not a footballer.
