Chloe Shearer Celebrates Bachelorette Party in Ibiza Ahead of Wedding to Rugby Star

Chloe Shearer, the eldest daughter of football icon Alan Shearer, recently celebrated her bachelorette party in Ibiza with her sister Hollie and a group of friends. The event comes just two months after Hollie's own wedding to England rugby star Joe Marchant.

Shearer, 34, who announced her engagement to rugby player Micky Young, 37, last November, shared highlights from the celebratory trip on Instagram. In one post, she was pictured wearing a white bikini and a custom "Mrs Young" sarong during a boat excursion, accompanied by the caption, "These girls ✨ This Trip ✨ I’m one lucky lucky gal ✨Now for the big day..."

Alan Shearer, a former England and Newcastle United player and current Match of the Day pundit, expressed his approval of Chloe's engagement, quipping, "About time too." Her sister Hollie also shared her excitement, writing, "The bestest news ever. My sister’s engaged!"

Chloe works in talent management and has been involved with the charity football event Soccer Aid. Her younger sister, Hollie, married Joe Marchant in August in a ceremony held in France. Hollie and Marchant, a professional rugby player who plays centre for England, confirmed their relationship in April 2022.

Marchant was a key player for England during the 2023 World Cup and moved from Harlequins to French Top 14 side Stade Français in December 2022. Alan Shearer, who holds the record for the most Premier League goals, previously joked about his daughter's choice of partner, saying, "I'm just glad it's not a footballer."
