Chloe Kim, Girlfriend of Rams Star Myles Garrett, Reveals ADHD Diagnosis
The three-time Olympic medalist shared her recent diagnosis and strategies for managing the condition.
Chloe Kim, the girlfriend of Los Angeles Rams edge rusher Myles Garrett, recently revealed she has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) after years of struggling with the condition. Kim shared this personal update on Instagram, explaining that the diagnosis has helped her understand past challenges.
"For years, I was struggling. But once I finally opened up to my doctor, it was like everything suddenly clicked," Kim stated on the social media platform. She also shared some of the methods she uses to navigate her ADHD, including creating lists, utilizing phone reminders, and maintaining a structured routine.
Kim's journey with ADHD comes as Garrett is also on the road to recovery. The Rams star recently underwent arthroscopic knee surgery and is expected to miss time beyond four weeks.
Kim and Garrett have been a public couple since 2025 and have supported each other through various career milestones and personal challenges. Garrett's trade to the Rams from the Cleveland Browns this past offseason has allowed the couple to spend more time together, as Kim is primarily based in Los Angeles. Their relationship continues to be a source of mutual support as Garrett rehabs his knee injury and Kim adjusts to her new diagnosis.
