Charlotte Dawson Back in Size 10 Jeans Post-Third Child, Attributes Success to Lifestyle Change

Charlotte Dawson, a 33-year-old TV personality and mother of three, announced on Instagram that she has successfully returned to wearing her size 10 jeans after her most recent pregnancy. Dawson, who is engaged to Matt Sarsfield and shares Noah, five, Jude, three, and one-year-old Gigi with him, posted a before-and-after video showcasing her progress.

In the initial clip, Dawson is seen struggling to pull on a pair of her favorite jeans, humorously referring to her midsection as "Tina the talking tummy" and her thighs as "Theresa thunder thighs." She expressed her desire to wear jeans and a nice top, stating, "I want to wear, like a nice top and jeans, do you know what I mean. So I'm like, what do I wear?"

The video then transitions to Dawson wearing the same jeans, looking visibly pleased. "Well guys, today's a good day. I did it. I got in my favourite jeans, and I am absolutely buzzing," she declared. "I mean, obviously I still have a bit of the chunky but funky bit here, but I'll tell you what, I slipped right in. And not even struggled, like I actually got in."

Dawson attributed her achievement to the "Confidence Curve way," a program she created. She elaborated in her caption, writing, "Not because of a number on the scales, but because I’ve done this the Confidence Curve way no crazy restrictions, no quick fixes, no starving myself… just making healthier choices, moving my body, changing my mindset and actually creating a lifestyle I can stick to." She emphasized that the program is about "Lifestyle change, not a quick fix" and is designed to be affordable and empowering.

This personal milestone follows a period where Dawson addressed public speculation about her relationship with fiancé Matt Sarsfield. The couple was observed having a tense exchange at the National Television Awards last month. Dawson later posted a tribute to Sarsfield, acknowledging that their relationship, which has endured for eight years and faced rumors of infidelity in the past, has had its share of "ups and downs" but ultimately emphasized their commitment to each other and their family. "Life isn't always perfect, but most importantly… we have each other. And after everything, that's what matters," she wrote.
