Charlotte Crosby Attends Pride of Britain Awards Days After Surgery for Second Silent Miscarriage

Charlotte Crosby attended the Pride of Britain Awards in London on Monday evening, appearing in good spirits despite undergoing surgery days earlier for her second silent miscarriage. The "Geordie Shore" alum, 36, wore a one-shoulder pink gown to the event held at London's Grosvenor.

Crosby had previously shared the news of her loss last month, having discovered at an eight-week scan that she had miscarried. She has been open about her and fiancé Jake Ankers' desire to expand their family; they are parents to daughters Alba, three, and Pixi, 20 months.

Following the surgery, Crosby posted a photo from her hospital bed. Her fiancé, Jake Ankers, shared a message thanking followers for their support, stating that every comment and shared experience had provided hope during their difficult time. He described the week as one of the longest and hardest, acknowledging the emotional and physical toll.

Ankers also reflected on feeling he had fallen short in various aspects of his life during the week, including not being present for Crosby as much as she needed. He expressed feeling exhausted but affirmed his commitment to replying to messages of support.

This is not the first pregnancy loss Crosby has experienced. In May, she underwent a D&C procedure after a two-week wait to confirm a miscarriage, which was later followed by an infection causing excruciating pain. She previously suffered an ectopic pregnancy in 2016, which resulted in the removal of her right fallopian tube and ovary, a condition that nearly cost her life and raised concerns about future fertility.

The Pride of Britain Awards ceremony will be televised on Thursday at 8 p.m.
