Charlie Woods, son of golf icon Tiger Woods, and Kai Trump, granddaughter of former President Donald Trump, have emerged as the highest-valued high school golfers in Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals. Woods is set to join Florida State University's golf program in 2027 with an NIL valuation of $3 million, according to GolfNIL. Trump will attend the University of Miami next season with a valuation of $2.25 million.
These valuations are determined by a combination of performance metrics, market influence, and media exposure. Despite a mixed performance record, Woods' valuation ranks him at the top of NIL deals since the system's inception in 2024. He has accumulated 164,000 social media followers and signed with Players Group Management for NIL representation.
Kai Trump, who has amassed 9.2 million social media followers, frequently shares her golf journey and family life, often appearing with her grandfather at public events. Even before her college golf career begins, Trump has secured endorsement deals with companies such as Accelerator Active Energy and TaylorMade, and launched her own apparel line, KT Clothing.
The NIL market has seen significant growth since its introduction, particularly benefiting individuals with established name recognition. Other notable high school athletes with substantial NIL valuations include Bronny James, who had an estimated $5.9 million valuation in 2024, and Arch Manning, with a valuation of $5.4 million.
