Charli XCX captured attention on the red carpet at the second annual party for National PrEP Day held at The Abbey in Los Angeles. The British singer, 34, sported a lace bra paired with a sheer black blouse and hotpants, accessorizing with sunglasses and beaded necklaces.

The event, hosted by the LGBTQ+ telehealth platform MISTR, aims to raise awareness about pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), reduce the stigma surrounding HIV, and improve healthcare access.

This appearance comes shortly after a viral TikTok video featuring Charli XCX, Madonna, and Julia Garner, which emerged around 3 a.m. The video depicted the trio on a hotel bed, with fans commenting on their animated behavior and Madonna's expressions.

Earlier, Madonna had a notable moment at the MTV Video Music Awards while accepting an award with Charli XCX and Troye Sivan. During the acceptance speech for "Confessions II – The Film," Madonna appeared momentarily uncertain about the award's purpose, stating, "I'm kind of unclear as to what this award is for?" She also made a comment about a "laser up my a**" and the length of her microphone.

Madonna's performance at the VMAs and her subsequent acceptance speech drew varied reactions online, with some fans expressing concern about her onstage demeanor. The singer also performed a medley of her hits, "Bring Your Love" and "Danceteria Afterhours Remix," which was described by some as "utterly unfocused."

Despite the VMAs moment, Charli XCX appeared in high spirits at the National PrEP Day event, posing for photographs on the red carpet. Other notable attendees at the party included Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Bella Poarch, and Emily Ratajkowski.
