Charissa Thompson Jokes About Ex-Husbands on "Thursday Night Football"
The "Thursday Night Football" host quipped during a panel segment that her former husbands "are all bad."
Charissa Thompson, host of Amazon Prime Video's "Thursday Night Football," made a candid remark about her past relationships during the broadcast of the Chicago Bears' 30-24 victory over the New England Patriots. A clip shared online captured Thompson, 44, humorously stating, "I thought you were going to make me rank my ex-husbands — and they’re all bad," during a panel discussion.
Thompson has been married twice. Her first marriage, which occurred when she was 25, has been kept largely private. In a 2016 Facebook post, she briefly mentioned her first ex-husband, describing him as a "hot mess" and expressing appreciation for his support.
She later married agent and former baseball player Kyle Thousand in 2020. The couple divorced in April 2022, with Thompson citing "irreconcilable differences." Following this, Thompson stated her intention not to remarry, indicating on Instagram that she would "never legally get married again" but would still be open to celebrating her relationships with friends and family.
Thompson is currently dating marketing executive Steve Cundari. The couple was reportedly introduced by quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife, Kelly. Thompson joined Prime Video's "Thursday Night Football" coverage in 2022. Her previous broadcasting experience includes work with ESPN and Fox Sports.
