A passionate Los Angeles Chargers fan unleashed a scathing critique of the team's performance during a live appearance on Jon Gruden's podcast, "The Gruden Family Football Show." The fan's outburst, which questioned the team's losses to perceived weaker opponents and challenged head coach Jim Harbaugh's motivational slogan, has garnered significant attention.

The fan initially expressed concern to Gruden before erupting into a tirate. "What the f–k is going on in Los Angeles?" the caller exclaimed. "How the f–k do you lose to the two worst teams in the league?"

He directly addressed Harbaugh's well-known rallying cry, "Who’s got it better than us?" by retorting, "Everybody does!" This exclamation was met with laughter from Gruden and his co-hosts, Jay Gruden and Kayce Smith.

During the segment, Jon and Jay Gruden also weighed in on the Chargers' struggles, humorously suggesting that the team's uniform choices might be a contributing factor. "I think it starts with those putrid uniforms," Jon Gruden remarked, advocating for a return to the classic navy blue jerseys and white pants. "They gotta look like a team."

Jon Gruden agreed with the fan's sentiment that the team needs to improve, stating they must "get their s–t together." The discussion also touched upon the critical need to protect quarterback Justin Herbert.
