Chargers Fan Roasts Justin Herbert Over Fiancée Madison Beer's Beauty
A viral video captures a fan heckling the quarterback during a game, juxtaposing his on-field struggles with his fiancée's attractiveness.
A Los Angeles Chargers fan was captured on video heckling quarterback Justin Herbert, directly referencing his fiancée, singer Madison Beer, as the team emerged from the tunnel during a recent game against the Seattle Seahawks.
The fan, standing near the Chargers' tunnel, called out to Herbert, saying, "Herbert! Two meatball subs, man. You’re just as bad as your girl!"
The video of the incident has circulated widely on social media, with many users finding humor in the fan's dual use of the word "bad" – implying Beer is "bad" in the sense of being attractive, while Herbert is "bad" in the context of his performance.
Herbert and Beer announced their engagement earlier in the year, adding a personal element to the fan's critique. As of four weeks into the NFL regular season, the Chargers had not secured a victory, fueling fan frustration.
The incident occurred as the Chargers were preparing to re-enter the field after halftime. Herbert, according to the report, did not respond and proceeded onto the field. The fan's comment cleverly linked Herbert's perceived on-field struggles with his fiancée's widely recognized beauty.
