Emma Roberts, a Quaker chaplain from Swansea, is embracing her resemblance to Prime Minister Andy Burnham, a likeness that has gained significant attention on social media.

Roberts has changed her name to "Mandy Burnham" on TikTok and is "leaning into" the comparisons. She believes the resemblance is due to their similar eyebrows and glasses, a sentiment echoed by her mother and many TikTok users. The 54-year-old's usual content focuses on religion, but comments about her doppelganger status became frequent.

"This just went on and on, and two more TikToks went viral and ended up with a quarter of a million views, and then someone said change your name to Mandy Burnham, so I thought why not?" Roberts stated. She initially found the situation to be "a bit of fun" but did not anticipate going viral.

Roberts commented on the prime minister's communication skills, acknowledging they have been "very good" in his first week. However, she expressed a strong disapproval of his method of making tea, calling it an "abomination" to put milk in before the teabag. "I mean he needs a talking to. That is just awful," she said.

Roberts described Burnham as sounding like a "decent bloke" and expressed interest in discussing his Catholic upbringing with him, though she stated she does not know him personally. She also mentioned enjoying his "pub snacks video."
