Chantelle Houghton enjoys spa break with boyfriend Westley O'Bryan

Chantelle Houghton shared a rare photo with her boyfriend, Westley O'Bryan, during a spa break on Friday. The Celebrity Big Brother star, 42, posted the image on Instagram, calling the garden centre owner, also 42, her "favourite person."

The couple posed in matching white robes at Lifehouse Spa in Essex. Houghton wrote in her post, "A midweek spa escape @lifehousespa with my favourite person. It was so relaxing and the food was incredible, if you haven’t been then put it on your list."

Earlier this year, Houghton revealed her plans to marry O'Bryan, just one month after they publicly confirmed their relationship. She told OK! magazine that she had already purchased a wedding dress, describing it as a "very loosely fitted, cream, long sleeved, simple" garment she saw in a shop near her home. O'Bryan had reportedly seen the dress and loved it, calling it "classy."

Houghton was previously married to Preston, 44, for ten months in 2006, after they met on Celebrity Big Brother. Their wedding took place at Dartmouth House in London and the dress was designed by Elizabeth Emanuel. Houghton admitted recently that she had thrown out her first wedding dress, stating it felt "disrespectful" to keep it while with O'Bryan, whom she wishes to spend her life with.

Discussing her future wedding to O'Bryan, Houghton expressed a desire for a more intimate ceremony compared to her first large, televised wedding. She stated, "This time I would only have immediate family and close friends. It would be very simple and classy with the main focus being that we want to get married not put on a big show for a load of people."

In a recent interview on the podcast We Need To Talk, Houghton reflected on her relationship with O'Bryan, saying, "For the first time really in my life, I love that man with my whole being." She described their connection as easy and comfortable from the first date, stating she feels "looked after" and has never experienced such "pure love" before.

She also commented on her past marriage to Preston, admitting they "should never have got married" and would not have met or been attracted to each other in real life. She characterized their divorce as amicable, with no bitterness between them.

Houghton was also previously engaged to Alex Reid, with whom she shares a daughter, Dolly. Their relationship ended in 2011. She also dated Rav Wilding, but they split in 2012 after a public argument.
