Hayes decided to undergo a gastric sleeve operation in 2020 as a last resort after years of struggling with her weight, which had fluctuated between seven and 17 stone. The procedure significantly reduces stomach capacity, restricting food intake. This surgery, also utilized by public figures like Vanessa Feltz and James Argent, has been credited by Hayes for transforming her figure and boosting her confidence.
Following the weight loss, Hayes experienced issues with excess skin and underwent further surgical procedures, including skin removal, a breast reduction, and an uplift, altering her bra size from a G cup to a D. Despite these interventions, she has expressed that certain areas of her body still cause insecurity. However, she has stated she is finished with further cosmetic surgeries.
Hayes shared images featuring various lingerie sets, including a brown lace ensemble, a corset top with matching knickers, fishnet tights, a sheer leopard print set, and a mauve bralet with boxer-style briefs.
