Actor Chad Lowe has re-entered social media following the death of his 13-year-old daughter, Fiona. Lowe shared a post on his Instagram Stories on Thursday, featuring a clip from Olivia Hunt’s "On Healing" podcast.

The segment included guest Gerry Hussey discussing themes of energy and faith. "We are all part of the frequency," Hussey stated in the clip. "We both possess the human and the divine."

Hussey elaborated on connecting to a "divine frequency" by moving beyond physical human emotions and the ego through consciousness and awareness. He suggested that by awakening the "peaceful observer" and letting go of human ego, one can experience a transcendental state. "When you ask yourself the deeper, bigger questions and you move beyond human existence and through meditation or something else, you experience the transcendental experience," he said. "We are connected to everything that is, it just makes sense and there’s nothing there but peace in love."
