Chad Lowe and Family Appear Publicly Following Daughter's Death
The actor and his wife attended a family wedding in Santa Barbara, marking their first public outing since their 13-year-old daughter's passing.
Chad Lowe and his family have made their first public appearance since the tragic death of his 13-year-old daughter, Fiona. The actor, 58, and his wife, Kim Painter, along with their daughters Mabel, 17, and Nixie, 10, attended the wedding of their nephew, Matthew Lowe, to Emily Markus in Santa Barbara.
Fiona Lowe died by suicide on September 29. The family's attendance at the wedding marks their first known public outing since the loss.
Lowe was seen dressed in a blue suit, white shirt, and striped blue tie for the event. Images from the wedding showed the grieving father managing a smile, with Painter affectionately wrapping an arm around Nixie at one point. The family also received a hug from Katherine Schwarzenegger.
