Christopher Ridings, a man from the Central Coast, has been accused by police of allegedly poisoning, raping, and secretly filming women over several years. Law enforcement officials claim to have uncovered a vast collection of 2.5 million files documenting these alleged offenses. Ridings was arrested in mid-December on a separate matter and has remained in custody.

Following the discovery of the files, a second man, Marcus Roy John, 41, has also been charged. Police arrested John at a home on the Central Coast on Monday and subsequently charged him with three counts of sexual intercourse without consent.

Disturbing social media posts linked to Ridings have also emerged. Just days before his December arrest, an account believed to be associated with Ridings shared an image online. Ridings, who reportedly uses a specific image of himself online, remains held on remand at Macquarie Correctional Centre in Wellington.
