Estelle Manor, a luxury hotel in the Cotswolds known for attracting celebrities, is facing accusations from local residents of hosting disruptive, "Ibiza-style" parties. Neighbors have reported disturbances including loud music, fireworks, and helicopter traffic that they claim are interfering with their quality of life.

The members-only hotel, located at Eynsham Park near Witney, charges an annual fee of £3,750 plus a £1,000 joining fee and has become a popular destination for high-profile guests. Celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton have previously been photographed at the venue.

Residents of the nearby village of North Leigh have lodged complaints with the council and police, citing an "otherworldly invasion" alien-themed party as a recent example of the disturbances. They described booming music that persisted late into the night, audible from as far as 1.5 miles away, and helicopters ferrying guests to the event. One resident stated on Tripadvisor that the noise levels were unacceptable and disturbing to families, children, pets, and wildlife.

This is not the first time the hotel has drawn such complaints. Approximately one year prior, locals reported similar issues with a late-night party. At that time, Oxfordshire County Councillor Liam Walker noted that the hotel had a license until 1 a.m. but was informed music would wind down by 12:30 a.m.

Estelle Manor, set on an 85-acre estate, features a Roman-themed bath house, several restaurants, and extensive grounds. The hotel, owned by hospitality entrepreneur Sharan Pasricha of Ennismore, also includes facilities like padel courts, a gym, and a helipad. Images posted on the hotel's Instagram account depicted dancers in alien costumes and a spaceship-themed DJ tent during the recent summer party, with a caption indicating guests were "dancing the night away."

The hotel enforces a strict no-picture policy to ensure guest privacy. While celebrities such as Kate Moss, Princess Beatrice, and Kamala Harris have also visited, there is no indication they were present at any of the events that generated complaints. The hotel has been approached for comment.
