Cat Deeley Enjoys Family Holiday Amidst Split Rumors

Cat Deeley shared snapshots from a recent family holiday, enjoying time with her sons amidst reports of a split from Patrick Kielty. The presenter posted images on Instagram from a trip taken during the half-term break with her children, Milo, ten, and James, eight.

In one photo, Deeley is seen in a strapless black bikini, highlighting her toned physique. Another image shows her in a burnt orange dress paired with Hermes sandals. She also shared a makeup-free selfie during what appeared to be a relaxing massage.

Deeley captioned her post: 'Happy and healthy family and friends… Kind and funny boys …. The view from ‘The Fifth Floor ‘ is fabulous ☀️'.

Despite being in the public eye for three decades, Deeley, who recently turned 50, maintains a youthful appearance. She has previously spoken about embracing aging as a privilege, stating, 'The fact that you're here and enjoying life – gaining experiences while being happy and healthy. Wow. That, to me, is amazing.'

Her approach to maintaining her well-being focuses on a combination of yoga, walking, tennis, and a Mediterranean diet, rather than intense gym workouts. While living in Los Angeles, she incorporated a daily 20-minute hike into her routine for mental health benefits. Since returning to the UK, she has prioritized yoga to aid joint mobility and promote calmness, describing it as a practice that helps her concentrate on breathing and movement, thereby quieting her mind.

Deeley advises finding personal wellness routines that suit individual needs, suggesting people 'quiet the external voices' and avoid overly complicated or time-consuming regimens. 'We're pushed these different regimes that are incredibly complicated, incredibly time-consuming, and incredibly expensive, but fundamentally we're set up to fail – because you can't do it all,' she told Harper's Bazaar.
