Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty have lowered the asking price for their London home by £250,000, as the couple navigates a separation. The property, which they purchased in 2022 with plans for a "Los Angeles feel," has never been occupied by the family.

The house, located in Hampstead, north London, is now listed for £5 million, down from its initial asking price. Deeley, 49, and Kielty, 55, reportedly halted renovation work on the property over the summer. Sources close to the couple indicated that the scale of the renovation project became too significant for them to undertake alone following their decision to separate after 13 years of marriage.

Initially, the home was described in sales brochures as being in "poor condition." However, the marketing materials have since been updated to state that "the existing building is identified as a positive building." Prior listings had shown the property in an "abandoned" state, which may have impacted its marketability.

Sources described the decision to halt work as "heartbreaking," emphasizing the couple's vision for the house and their desire for their two sons to grow up there. The property is currently being advertised for sale by Savills.
