Cardi B marked her 34th birthday with a series of extravagant self-gifts, including a rare Rolex watch valued at $3 million, a designer Hermès purse, and a custom diamond ring. The rapper shared her celebratory purchases on Instagram, noting the gifts were from herself to herself.
The centerpiece of her birthday acquisitions is an ultra-rare "Barbie" Rolex Daytona watch. Jeweler Eric Mavani, who sourced the timepiece, confirmed that Cardi B paid $2.8 million for it in two installments. Mavani stated that only about 10 of these watches were made, and Cardi B shared a video of the moment she received it.
Her gifts also included a bubblegum pink matte alligator Hermès mini Kelly bag. While the exact price was not disclosed, similar bags have sold for approximately $200,000 on the secondary market. Additionally, Cardi B acquired a custom 7-carat natural marquise-cut diamond ring, designed by Pristine Jewelers and set with smaller diamonds.
This is not the first time Cardi B has indulged in significant purchases for herself. In February, amid rumors of a breakup, she bought a $500,000 rainbow Audemars Piguet watch. In August, she showcased a collection of new designer bags totaling nearly $200,000, and prior to that, she highlighted a selection of accessories, including a highly sought-after Chanel handbag.
